Programs
Two pathways. One way of working.
Everyone starts the same way: a conversation, then measurement. What your Map shows decides which pathway you are recommended.
There is no way to buy a pathway directly. The physician recommends Foundation or Protect after she has read your results.

Two ways in.
Both are diagnostic, both are credited toward a program, and neither commits you to one.

GLP-1 Metabolic Reset
On a GLP-1, curious, stalled, or coming off one. We measure composition and metabolic rate first. Care, when it belongs, lives inside Protect, built around lean mass and what happens after the scale moves.
Hormone Optimization (BHRT)
Perimenopause, menopause, or midlife hormones that never matched a questionnaire. Hormones are a tool on the Map, used inside Protect when the data says so.
Metabolic Clarity Consult
Thirty minutes with the physician, by video. No tests. We decide whether measuring is the next step. The $99 is credited toward your Metabolic Snapshot™ if you book it within 14 days.
Metabolic Map
The name for the full set of measurements taken inside every program: a body scan, two breathing tests, a blood panel, and the physician writing up what it all means.
Metabolic Reset
Physician-led care when you are in Reset Season: labs read normal and energy, sleep, weight, or recovery do not. After the Snapshot, the pathway is Foundation or Protect, assigned from your Map.
Metabolic Snapshot™
One appointment where you get properly measured: a body scan, two breathing tests, and a blood panel, with a written note from the physician telling you what to do first.
Stewardship Memberships
Care that keeps going after your program finishes, so the measuring and the prescriptions do not just stop. For people who have already completed a program.
Supplement Systems
Five monthly supplement bundles. Which one you are pointed to depends on what your results showed. You buy them in the practice shop, not on this site.New here?
Which one is for me?
Several of these names sound alike. Here is the plain version of what each one actually is.
Thirty minutes with the physician, by video. No tests. You talk through what is going on and she tells you whether measuring is worth doing. The $99 comes off your Metabolic Snapshot if you book it within 14 days.
A single visit where you get measured: a body scan, breath testing, and a blood panel. You leave with a written Map from the physician saying what to do first. It is sold on its own, and it does not enroll you in anything.
The written plan the physician builds from your measurements. It is not sold separately and there is nothing to add to a cart. Its page explains what gets measured and how the Map is read.
Foundation runs twelve weeks and works through food and movement. Protect runs sixteen weeks, includes five physician visits and a full retest at day 90, and is where medication, hormones, and pellets are managed when your Map calls for them. Sustain is the membership that follows either one.

The two pathways
Where the work happens.
Both are physician-led and both begin from your own measurements. What differs is the length, the number of visits, and which tools the physician can use.
Protect
Sixteen weeks, five physician visits, and a full retest at day 90. The flagship pathway, and where medication, hormones, and pellets are managed when your Map assigns them. $4,800 clinical fee.
16 weeks
Five visits
Retest at day 90
Foundation
Twelve weeks, nutrition first, adjusted at the midpoint and rescanned at day 90. For people whose Map says the work is in food and movement rather than a prescription. $1,800 to $2,400.
12 weeks
Nutrition first
Rescan at day 90
Sustain
The membership that follows Foundation or Protect, so the measuring and the prescribing do not simply stop. Offered at the end of your pathway, and never an entry point.

What gets measured
Four things. Read together.
Not four results handed over one at a time. One picture of how your body is working.

A body scan
It separates muscle from fat and shows where each one sits. A bathroom scale cannot tell you this. The machine is an InBody 580.
Breath testing, sitting still
You breathe into a mask for a few minutes and it measures how much energy your body burns at rest. Measured, not estimated from your height and weight.
Breath testing, while you work hard
The same test taken under exertion, and the part almost no other practice in this market performs. A metabolism can look unremarkable at rest and show its limits the moment you push it. Both tests use a machine called PNOĒ.
A blood panel, read by the physician
Wider than the panel you get at an annual physical, and ordered to describe how things are working rather than only to rule out disease.
Where to start
Start with a conversation.
The Clarity Consult is where everybody begins. The Snapshot is the measuring step, and the physician tells you when you are ready for it.
Talk first
Metabolic Clarity Consult
Thirty minutes with the physician to work out whether measuring is worth doing for you.
$99
Comes off your Metabolic Snapshot if you book it within 14 days
- You explain what is going on, before anyone orders a test
- You go through what you have tried, and why it did not hold
- She tells you what is worth measuring, and in what order
- If this is not the right place for you, she says so
By video, including evenings
Measure first
Metabolic Snapshot™
One appointment. What your body is doing right now, and what to change first.
$497
Credited toward your pathway if you enroll within 14 days of your Map
- A body scan that separates muscle from fat
- Breath testing, sitting still and working hard
- A blood panel, read by the physician who ordered it
- A written note from her listing what to do first
In person, at the Lincoln Park office
You pay the practice directly and no insurance is billed. Klarna and Affirm can spread the cost monthly, and FSA and HSA funds are accepted. Every program patient keeps their regular doctor, because this works alongside regular care rather than replacing it.
How pricing works here
One price. Stated before you book.
The price is on the page
Not behind a consultation. You should be able to work out what this costs before you speak to anybody, and decide in your own time. One number, itemized
A single price with the list of what is in it. One bundled number and a clear list beats a lower number with a separate pharmacy bill arriving later. No deadline
There is no countdown, no limited number of places, and no discount that expires. People take weeks or months over this decision, and that is a reasonable way to make it.Read more
If you came here for one thing in particular.
Topic pages that explain a situation and point you to the right pathway. None of them are pathways you buy.
Alongside a pathway
Two things people ask about.
A way of giving hormone treatment, and the supplement systems.
Evexias Pellet Therapy
Pellets are one way of giving hormone treatment, placed under the skin. They can be booked on their own after an evaluation and labs, and they are also one of the options inside Protect when your Map calls for them.
Supplement Systems
Which system you are pointed to depends on what your results showed. Ordered in the practice shop, not on this site.
