The flagship pathway
Lose the weight. Keep the body.
Sixteen weeks of physician-led care, built from what your own measurements showed. Most people lose weight and lose muscle with it. Protect is designed so that does not happen to you.
$4,80016 weeks
Clinical fee. Any medication or hormone product is quoted separately.
Protect is recommended after your Metabolic Snapshot, once the Map shows what your body actually needs. It is not something you add to a cart.
16 weeks
Five physician visits
Retested at day 90
What the sixteen weeks hold
Five visits. One physician.
Every appointment is with Dr. Handy Lloyd. Nobody hands you to a coach, and nobody reads your results who did not order them.
Your plan is written from your Map
You arrive with your measurements already taken and read. The first visit turns them into a plan: what to change first, what to leave alone for now, and what we expect to see by day 90.Implementation check
A short visit to fix what is not fitting your life. Most plans need adjusting in the first two weeks, and it is better to catch that at week two than at week ten.Midpoint adjust
Halfway. The physician reviews how you have responded and changes what needs changing, rather than waiting for the retest to tell us something we could have acted on sooner. You get measured again
The body scan, the breath testing at rest and under exertion, and the core outcome labs, all repeated. The physician reads them and writes you a new Map. The retest sits inside the sixteen weeks, not after them. What happens next
You and the physician decide what the result needs in order to hold. For most people that is Sustain. For some it is a referral, and for some it is nothing further. You will be told which, honestly.Inside the clinical fee
What the $4,800 covers
Five physician visits, the day 90 body scan, breath testing, and core labs, the written Map that follows, and one foundational supplement system chosen by the physician. Medication and hormone products are not inside this number and are quoted separately if you need them.
How treatment is decided
Your Map tells us which tools you need, what to work on first, and what has to be protected while your body changes.
Tools are not a plan.
Medication is one tool among several
Nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and hormones all matter, and for some people they are the whole plan. Nothing here assumes you will be prescribed anything.Nothing is included by default
Nutrition, movement, GLP-1 treatment, peptides, hormones, and pellets are all available, and none of them are part of Protect unless your Map assigns them to you.Products are priced separately
If the physician prescribes a medication or a hormone product, you are told what it costs before anything is ordered. Filling a branded prescription at your own pharmacy carries no charge from the practice. You cannot buy your way past the measuring
Protect is recommended after your Snapshot, not chosen from a menu. That is the part that makes the plan yours rather than a protocol someone else is also on.Before you enroll
The questions people ask about Protect.
What it costs, what is in it, and how it works alongside the care you already have.
You book a Clarity Consult first. If measuring is the right next step, the physician sends you for a Metabolic Snapshot. Once she has read your results and written your Map, she will tell you whether Protect is the right pathway for you. There is no way to enroll before that, by design.
Yes, if you enroll in Protect within 14 days of your Snapshot Map being delivered to you. The clock starts the day the PDF reaches your patient portal, not the day of your appointment.
No, and it is not required either. The clinical fee covers the physician's care, the day 90 testing, the Map, and one supplement system. If your Map calls for a medication or a hormone product, it is quoted separately and you decide then.
That is one of the most common reasons people come. We measure what is happening to your muscle as well as your weight, then build the plan around holding on to it. If you are thinking about coming off, that is planned for rather than improvised.
Because the day 90 retest sits inside the pathway rather than at the end of it. You get measured, the physician reads the results, and you still have four weeks of care left to act on what they show.
Yes, and we ask every patient to. This runs alongside your regular care. It does not replace it.
You and the physician decide what the result needs in order to hold. Sustain is the membership that keeps the measuring and the prescribing going. It is offered at that point, not sold up front.
