After your program
What happens when it ends
A program ends. A metabolism does not. Stewardship is how patients who have finished keep the measuring, the prescribing, and the same physician going.
This is for patients who have completed a program. It is not an entry point.
For program graduates
Four options
Ongoing
What continues
The parts worth keeping.
Stewardship carries forward the things that made the program work in the first place.
Measurement on a schedule
The body scan and the breath testing at set intervals, so drift shows up as a number rather than as a feeling months later.Prescribing reviewed
Hormone support, medication, and supplements checked and adjusted as your labs and symptoms change. The same physician
No handoff at the end of the program. The person who has been reading your data keeps reading it.Options and pricing
Four options. Four prices.
Still being set
The four options and what each one costs are being finalized with the practice, and will be published here. Call and we will tell you exactly where they stand. How one gets chosen
You talk it through with the physician at the end of your program, based on what your last round of measurements showed. What will not change
You will be told the full price before you commit to anything, and nothing gets assembled after the fact.Common questions
About staying on
Who it is for, and how it differs from a program.
No. This continues care that has already been measured and planned. Everyone starts with a program, or with the Metabolic Snapshot before that.
A program has a defined start, a defined end, and the full set of measurements at each point. Staying on afterwards is lighter: less frequent measurement, and reviews as things change.
No. Some patients finish and carry on with their regular doctor alone. It is offered, not assumed.
No. You pay the practice directly and no carrier is billed.
