Core program
Hormone Optimization (BHRT)
Hormone care for perimenopause and menopause, and for men in their forties and fifties whose energy and recovery have dropped. Measurement comes before prescribing, every time. BHRT stands for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
There is nothing to buy on this page. After you have been measured, the physician recommends Foundation or Protect.

How the program runs
Measure first. Prescribe in order. Measure again.
Hormones are one part of a metabolic picture, so the whole picture gets measured first.

Day 1: everything gets measured
A body scan that separates muscle from fat, breath testing at rest and under exertion, and a comprehensive blood panel including your hormone levels. Read together by the physician who ordered them.
A written plan, in order
Hormone support where it is clinically indicated, alongside food, exercise, and supplements. Started one at a time, so each part can be judged on its own.
Month 3 and month 6: measured again
Your symptoms and your levels are reviewed side by side. Dosing follows what the numbers show, not how a single week felt.
The objection, answered
About the risks you have read about.
Where the worry comes from
Most of it traces to one study from 2002, and two decades of reporting that was never corrected. The findings were specific to a particular population, a particular preparation, and a particular age at which treatment started. What has changed since
The evidence has been refined considerably. It is still evidence about groups, which is exactly why it cannot tell you whether this is right for you.How suitability is decided
By your labs, your symptoms, and your history. That is the reason measurement comes before any prescription here. What we do not claim
We do not heal, cure, or reverse. Where the evidence is thin, the physician will tell you it is thin. Before you start
Practical questions
How it is given, your time, and how this sits alongside the doctor you already have.
A reference range is built from a population, not from you. Real symptoms and normal-looking results can sit side by side, and that is why we start with measurement rather than with a prescription.
There are several ways, including creams, injections, and pellets placed under the skin. Which one you are offered depends on your labs, your symptoms, and how you would rather be treated. The pellets used here are Evexias.
Two office visits per three month program, for the tests that have to be done in person. Blood work is done at Quest whenever suits you. Everything else is by video, including evenings.
No. You pay the practice directly and no carrier is billed. You will know the full price and what is in it before you book. Klarna and Affirm can spread the cost monthly.
Yes, and we require it. This works alongside your regular care. It does not replace it.
