Protect is where we build the result. Sustain is how we keep it.
A pathway ends. A metabolism does not. Sustain is the membership that keeps the measuring, the prescribing, and the same physician going once your pathway is finished.
Sustain is offered to patients who have completed Foundation or Protect. It is not a way into the practice, and there is nothing to buy on this page.

No. Sustain is for patients who have completed Foundation or Protect. If you are new to the practice, the first step is a Clarity Consult.
Your price is set at the point you move across, because it depends on what your last Map showed and how closely your care needs to be run. You are told the number and what is in it before you agree to anything.
At the end of your pathway, once the physician has read your day 90 results and you have both worked out what the result needs in order to hold.
It is the name for how your ongoing care is run inside Sustain. How often you are measured, how closely your prescribing is reviewed, and how much physician time your results call for. It is a clinical decision, not a set of packages you pick from.
No. Any medication or hormone product is quoted separately, the same as it is during a pathway.
Yes. Tell the physician and it ends. Your records stay yours, and you can come back.
