Stage 01
Feeling good
Your energy, your sleep, your weight, and your blood tests all agree with each other.
- Energy that lasts all afternoon
- Sleep that leaves you rested
- Weight that moves when you try
- Nothing you have to explain away
One appointment
What your body is actually doing right now, and what to change first. One appointment, the full set of measurements, and a written Map from the physician who read them.
$500
Credited toward Foundation or Protect if you enroll within 14 days of your Map. Klarna and Affirm can spread it monthly. FSA and HSA funds are accepted.
The Snapshot is sold on its own and it does not enroll you in anything. It is the step the physician sends you for once a Clarity Consult says measuring is worth doing.

What you find out
No generic protocol and no shopping list. Your own results, read by the physician who ordered them.
A body scan separates muscle from fat and shows where each one sits. A bathroom scale cannot tell you this, and neither can your weight over time.
You breathe into a mask for a few minutes and it measures what your metabolism is actually doing, rather than estimating it from your height and weight.
The same test taken while you are working hard. Almost no other practice in this market performs it, and it matters because a metabolism can look unremarkable at rest and show its limits the moment you push it.
A written Map from Dr. Handy Lloyd. The short list, in the order that makes sense for your body. Not twenty things. The two or three that matter now.

Who books this
There is a stretch between feeling well and being diagnosed with something. That stretch is what this appointment is for, and it is where regular medicine has the least to offer.
If any of this sounds like you:
Stage 01
Your energy, your sleep, your weight, and your blood tests all agree with each other.
Stage 02
Everything looks fine on paper and nothing feels fine in your body. This is the stage the Snapshot is built for.
Stage 03
The point where something finally gets diagnosed, often years after it started.

Why I built this
Dr. Tanesha Handy Lloyd, MD
Board Certified Internal Medicine · Lincoln Park, Chicago
It begins years earlier, in the stretch where your blood tests read normal and the person living in the body knows something is off.
The Metabolic Snapshot exists to put numbers on that stretch. One appointment, the full set of measurements, and a Map that says what to do first.
