Your labs came back normal. You still do not feel normal.

You are not imagining it. Your energy, weight, sleep, and strength are telling a story. We measure what a standard panel misses, interpret what we find, and build a plan that meets you where you are. Every dot connected. Every plan, by design.

Reset Season

The years before a diagnosis still count.

Your metabolism, your hormones, and your muscle all shift through your thirties, forties, and fifties. We call that stretch Reset Season™. Your blood tests read normal, your symptoms are real, and the years spent there have a direction. They do not stand still.

If any of this sounds like you:

Stage 01

Feeling good

Your energy, your sleep, your weight, and your blood tests all agree with each other.

  • Energy that lasts all afternoon
  • Sleep that leaves you rested
  • Weight that moves when you try
  • Nothing you have to explain away

Stage 02

Something is off

Everything looks fine on paper and nothing feels fine in your body. This is the space we work in.

  • Tired in a way sleep does not fix
  • Weight that will not move
  • Stalled on a GLP-1, or afraid of the rebound
  • Workouts that leave you worse
  • Hair thinning, skin changing
  • Perimenopause or menopause changes, dismissed
  • Told everything is normal, when you know it is not

Stage 03

Now it has a name

The point where something finally gets diagnosed, often years after it started.

  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Heart disease
  • Fatty liver
  • Metabolic syndrome

Why it matters

Measured, not guessed.

The scale cannot tell fat from muscle. A standard lab panel cannot tell you how you burn fuel. That gap shows up as weight that will not move, or weight that moved on a GLP-1 and took muscle with it. It also shows up as energy, mood, glucose control, recovery, and gut symptoms that never matched the labs. We measure first, and again at day 90, so the plan can protect lean mass and the result.

  • Breath testing, sitting still and working hard
  • A body scan that sees muscle from fat
  • Foundational blood panel, read by the physician who ordered it
  • All of it again at day 90
Normal is a reference range. It is not a finding.

How we work

Measure. Map. Maintain.

Every program here begins with measurement rather than assumption, and returns to it rather than trusting how the month felt. The same three steps, in the same order, for everybody.

Measure.

A body scan that separates muscle from fat, breath testing that measures your metabolism sitting still and while you work hard, and a wide blood panel. What your body is doing, not what a formula estimates.

Map.

A written plan from that data. Protein, training, and which tools belong (nutrition first, a GLP-1, other peptides, hormones, or more than one), because your body said so, not because you picked a program off a list.

Maintain.

At day 90, the same tests, run the same way, so what changed is something you can see rather than something you only hope for. After your program, you can continue care through a membership that keeps the measuring, your personalized plan, and the same physician oversight going, so the progress stays.

What your measurements become

Every result, read together. One plan, written for you.

Your physician reads every measurement side by side and turns it into your Metabolic Map: what to work on first, which tools you need, and in what order. At day 90 we measure again and adjust the Map as your body responds.

Where to start

Two ways in. Neither commits you.

Ask your questions first, or see your numbers first. Most people do one of these before they think about a pathway at all.

Talk first

Metabolic Clarity Consult

Thirty minutes with the physician, by secure, HIPAA-compliant video. We go over the initial assessment you completed and review whether our process would be uniquely valuable for you to reach your goals.

$99

Credited towards Metabolic Snapshot if you book it within 14 days

What happens
  • You explain what is going on, before anyone orders a test
  • You go through what you have tried, and why it did not hold
  • She tells you what is worth measuring, and in what order
  • If this is not the right place for you, she says so

Metabolic Snapshot™

One appointment. What your body is doing right now, and what to change first.

$497

Credited toward your pathway if you enroll within 14 days of your Map

What you get
  • A body scan that separates muscle from fat
  • Breath testing, sitting still and working hard
  • A blood panel, read by the physician who ordered it

Book a Metabolic Snapshot™

In person, at the Lincoln Park office

You pay the practice directly and no insurance is billed. Klarna and Affirm can spread the cost monthly, and FSA and HSA funds are accepted. Every pathway patient keeps their regular doctor, because this works alongside regular care rather than replacing it.

Everything on offer

From one conversation to sixteen weeks of care.

Start with a conversation. Everything after that follows from what your own measurements show.

Protect

Protect

The sixteen week pathway, recommended after your Snapshot. Five physician visits, a full retest at day 90, and a plan built from your own measurements. $4,800 clinical fee.
Foundation

Foundation

The twelve week nutrition-first pathway, recommended after your Snapshot. Food and movement, adjusted at the midpoint, with a body scan and a written Map at day 90.
Sustain

Sustain

The membership that follows Foundation or Protect, keeping the measuring, the prescribing, and the same physician going once your pathway is finished.
Metabolic Clarity Consult

Metabolic Clarity Consult

Thirty minutes with the physician, by video. No tests. We decide whether measuring is the next step. The $99 is credited toward your Metabolic Snapshot™ if you book it within 14 days.
Metabolic Snapshot™

Metabolic Snapshot™

One appointment where you get properly measured: a body scan, two breathing tests, and a blood panel, with a written note from the physician telling you what to do first.
Metabolic Map

Metabolic Map

The name for the full set of measurements taken inside every program: a body scan, two breathing tests, a blood panel, and the physician writing up what it all means.
Metabolic Reset

Metabolic Reset

Physician-led care when you are in Reset Season: labs read normal and energy, sleep, weight, or recovery do not. After the Snapshot, the pathway is Foundation or Protect, assigned from your Map.
GLP-1 Metabolic Reset

GLP-1 Metabolic Reset

On a GLP-1, curious, stalled, or coming off one. We measure composition and metabolic rate first. Care, when it belongs, lives inside Protect, built around lean mass and what happens after the scale moves.
Evexias Pellet Therapy

Evexias Pellet Therapy

Pellet hormone treatment for people who already know they want this delivery method. Evaluation and labs first. Placement and product are billed separately. You do not have to enroll in Protect to proceed.
Supplement Systems

Supplement Systems

Five monthly supplement bundles. Which one you are pointed to depends on what your results showed. You buy them in the practice shop, not on this site.

Why I built this

None of this begins with a diagnosis.

Dr. Tanesha Handy Lloyd, MD

Founder · Board Certified Internal Medicine · Lincoln Park, Chicago

I kept meeting the same person. She had been trying, really trying, for years. The programs, the supplements, the medications. And she still felt like her body was working against her.

Not because she was doing it wrong. Because she was doing it without her own data. Nobody had measured what her metabolism was actually doing.

So that is where this practice starts. Measured on day one, addressed in an order that makes sense, and measured again so we both know whether it worked.

Before you book

The questions people actually ask.

What gets measured, what it costs, and how this sits alongside the doctor you already have.

The questions people actually ask.

A fair question to ask of anyone in this field. All the care here is given by a physician board certified in internal medicine, and by one doctor rather than a rotating staff or a coach. What she recommends comes from published medical research, not from influencer protocols or a supplier's sales material. She will tell you what the research supports and where it is thin. There is no drip menu, and nobody hands you twelve supplements on your first visit.

No. You can book a Clarity Consult yourself, and the physician will tell you whether measuring is the right next step. We do ask that every patient keeps their regular doctor, because this works alongside regular care rather than replacing it.

No. You pay the practice directly and no carrier is billed. FSA and HSA funds are accepted, and Klarna and Affirm can spread the cost monthly. You will know the full price before you book anything.

A body scan that separates muscle from fat, breath testing that measures your metabolism sitting still and while you work hard, and a blood panel wider than the one you get at an annual physical. A physician reads all of it together, not a computer.

That is the most common reason people do. Normal blood tests and real symptoms can both be true at once. A standard panel checks whether you have a disease. It cannot describe how your metabolism is running.

Yes. When people stall, the numbers usually show a muscle or metabolism problem rather than a dosing problem. We measure first, then decide what to change.

It is not urgent care, not a shortcut to weight loss, and not a replacement for your regular doctor. If you need emergency care, please go and get it.
