The nutrition-first pathway

Twelve weeks. Food first.

For people whose Map says the work is in what they eat and how they move, not in a prescription. Same physician, same measuring, a shorter and lighter pathway.

Your exact price is confirmed with you before you enroll.

Foundation is recommended after your Metabolic Snapshot, once the Map shows what your body actually needs. It is not something you add to a cart.

12 weeks

Nutrition first

Rescanned at day 90

What the twelve weeks hold

Three points. Measured at each one.

Short enough to hold to, long enough for a change in food and movement to show up in your numbers.

Your plan is written from your Map

A body scan to set the baseline, and a plan built around food and movement. It is aimed at what your results showed, not at a template that everyone gets.

The physician adjusts it

Halfway through, you go over what has worked and what has not fitted your life. The plan changes to suit what actually happened rather than what was supposed to happen.

You get scanned again

The same body scan, run the same way, plus a shorter written Map from the physician. You see what moved, in numbers rather than in how the twelve weeks felt.

Where Foundation leads

If your Map changes, you can move up

If the day 90 results call for treatment that Foundation does not cover, you can move to Protect rather than starting over. Most people who do that are told at the day 90 visit, not sold it at the start.

What Foundation is not

A short list, stated up front.

It does not start or take over a GLP-1

If you want to begin GLP-1 treatment, or you are on one already and want this practice managing it, that work sits in Protect.

It does not manage hormones or pellets

Hormone treatment and pellet placement need closer physician oversight than this pathway is built for. They belong in Protect, or as a separate pellet evaluation.

It includes one scan at day 90, not full retesting

The breath testing is not repeated as standard here. You get the body scan and a shorter written Map. Protect is the pathway with the full retest inside it.

It is still physician-led

Everything above is about scope, not about who gives the care. The same doctor writes your plan and reads your results.

Before you enroll

The questions people ask about Foundation.

Who it suits, what it costs, and how it differs from Protect.

You book a Clarity Consult first. If measuring is the right next step, the physician sends you for a Metabolic Snapshot. Once she has read your results, she will tell you whether Foundation or Protect is the better fit. You cannot enroll before that.

Because what your twelve weeks include depends on what your Map calls for. You are told your exact price, and what is in it, before you enroll. Nothing is added to it afterwards.

Yes, if you enroll within 14 days of your Snapshot Map being delivered to you. The clock starts the day the PDF reaches your patient portal.

Foundation runs twelve weeks and works through food and movement. Protect runs sixteen weeks, includes five physician visits and a full retest at day 90, and is the pathway where medication, hormones, and pellets are managed when your Map calls for them.

Yes. If the physician sees that your plan needs tools Foundation does not cover, she will tell you and you can move across. It is a normal outcome, not a failure.

Yes, and we ask every patient to. This runs alongside your regular care. It does not replace it.
