Your booking is confirmed

Your Metabolic Snapshot
is booked.

You just took the first step that most women never take — you stopped guessing. The next time we speak, you’ll have answers instead of questions.

From guessing to knowing. Back to your recognizable self.

Check your inbox

Three emails are on their way.

Within the next hour, you’ll receive: your appointment confirmation and intake form, your bloodwork instructions, and a separate registration email from The Lab app.

Please complete all three before your in-office visit. If you don’t see all three within an hour, check your spam folder or call (312) 730-7030.

What happens next

From here to your answers.

Five steps over the next two weeks. One physician. The data you’ve been waiting for.

1

You complete your pre-visit prep

Your intake form (about 5 minutes), your bloodwork (ideally 3 business days before your visit), and your registration in The Lab app. All three are needed before your in-office appointment.

2

You arrive for your Measurement Visit

90 minutes at our Lincoln Park office. We review your intake together. PNOE® breath analysis. InBody 580 scan. No rushing. No 15-minute appointments.

3

Your data processes over the next 48 hours

Your PNOE results arrive in The Lab app within 48 hours. Your bloodwork results follow as they come in. I review everything and author your Metabolic Snapshot Report™.

4

Your Results Visit (60 minutes, telemedicine)

Within 10 to 14 days of your Measurement Visit, we meet via Zoom for your Results Visit. I walk you through your physician-authored Metabolic Snapshot Report™ — not algorithm-generated. Every number contextualized: what it means, why it matters, what it points to next.

5

You leave with clarity and a plan

Your 2-week starting plan. Your Gap Index™. Your Bottleneck Driver. Your guided next step — whether that’s self-guided implementation through The Lab app, a physician-led Reset Rx program, or ongoing care.

You’ve been looking for answers for a long time. I’m honored you’re trusting me with this. I’ll be ready.
